PURPOSE:To obtain stable discharging characteristic by providing an insulated pulse transformer for discharge switches which discharge the charge of a capacitor, thereby reducing the time difference of conducting gate currents of a plurality of discharge switches. CONSTITUTION:Discharge switches 2-1, 2-2 which discharge the charges of capacitors 1-1, 1-2 are connected in parallel. Insulating pulse transoformers 3-1, 3-2 for transmitting gate signals to the switches 2-1, 2-2 are individually provided at the switches 2-1, 2-2. The primary side coils of the transformers 3-1, 3-2 are connected in series. A pulse signal is applied to a gate signal generating pulse generator 4 to the primary coil of the transformers 3-1, 3-2 to operate the switches 2-1, 2-2.
