PURPOSE:To reduce after heating at the side of hot-water supplying upon heating bath and permit to obtain the heating capacity of bath sufficiently by arranging a heat transfer tube for bath at an upstream side near a burner, in the arrangement of the heat transfer tubes for hot-water supplying and bathwater heating for one heater two water way system. CONSTITUTION:The heat transfer tube 12 for bath heater and the heat transfer tube 13 for hot-water supplying are contacted closely and integrated by common heat absorbing fins 14, the heat transfer tube 13 for hot-water supplying and a tap-controlled water heater 18 are connected in series and a hot-water supplying pipe 23 of the tap- controlled water heter is branched after connection while one side of the pipe is connected to a hot-water discharging pipe 25 having a hot-water supplying cock 24 and the other side is connected to a part of the heat transfer tube 12 for bath through an opening and closing valve 26. Further the heat transfer tube 12 for bath is arranged at the upstream side near the burner 9 while the heat transfer tube for hot-water supplying is arranged at downstream side so as to be closed to the heat transfer tube 12. As a result, the after heating at hot-water supplying side is reduced upon heating the bath, the capacity of heating of the bath may be obtained sufficiently and, accordingly, the amount of hot-water supplemented to a bathtub upon heating it may be sufficient by a small amount.
