PURPOSE:To provide an efficient processing of general dust or waste plastics in non-odor or non-smoke condition by a methode wherein a hot temperature atmosphere is continuously formed in a combustion tower under a pyrolysis of high molecular dry distillation gas. CONSTITUTION:General dust is internally dry distilled in a silo 2 so as to perform heating of organic gas and make a hot temperature of inner ignition tower 6 under combustion heat of char, a secondary air fed from the remained ash chamber 3 is heated to a hot temperature under a utilization of char after the general dust is ignited, an external dry distillation for the high molecular dust is performed in a lower chamber 4 under a radiation heat from the remained ash chamber 3, main body 1 and the ignition tower 6, both the dry distilled gas generated and the dry distilled gas of high molecule are fed from the inlet ports 7 and 9 into the ignition tower 6, then they are mixed with the combustion hot secondary air and performed for their pyrolysis. With this operation, it is possible to process the general dust or high molecular dust under non-smoke and non- odor condition oby a quite small-sized and compact and simple structure.
