PURPOSE:To improve remarkably the temperature adjusting efficiency of a medium by supplying and discharging heating medium into and from a mold respectively through independent rotary joints and providing the supplied medium discharged medium from flowing in the rotary joints at the same time. CONSTITUTION:When the rotating shaft 7 rotates 180 deg., the rotating frame 8 and the fitting bracket 12 also fixed to the rotating shaft 7 rotates together, the rotary joints 30, 40 provided on the fitting bracket 12 in parallel with the rotating shaft 7 being symmetrically are rotated relatively by the respective internal cylinders 31, 41 and the respective external cylinders 35, 45 and the vertical position of the flexible tubes 50, 51 is inverted. Cooled or heated heating medium fluid is supplied, delivered respectively through independent rotary joints 30, 40. Since supply fluid and discharge fluid do not flow simultaneously as before, in the heating medium fluid to be supplied, temperature change is reduced, thermal efficiency is improved and temperature can be adjusted very quickly and efficiently.
