PURPOSE:To save the space and facilitate the replacement of a motor which turns an adjusting rod by disposing the motor inside the recessed part formed inside a piston rod held inside a mount rubber. CONSTITUTION:A mount rubber 24 is held by a bracket 23 which is attached to the car body. The upper part of a hollow piston rod 5 is inserted in a vertical through hole 25 which is formed in the mount rubber 24 and the rubber 24 is held between the upper and lower supporting plates 26 and 27 which are fixed to the hollow piston rod 5, whereby fixing the hollow piston rod 5 to the car body. The upper hollow part of the hollow piston rod 5 placed inside the mount rubber 24 is formed in a recess part 28 having a large diameter for housing a motor 29, a reduction gear 30 and a potentiometer 31 therein.
