PURPOSE:To obtain a wide linear output by constituting a bridge circuit with a simple tuning circuit and a resistor and detecting and rectifying an output of the bridge circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a signal from signal surce 1 is applied to the bridge circuit comprising a resonance capacitor 2, an inductor 3 and resistors 4, 5, the impedance of the capacitor 2 and the inductor 3 is equal at the resonance frequency f0 depending on the capacitor 2 and the inductor 3 and the circuit reaches the balancing state. DC component signals 11, 12 obtained by detecting and rectifying the signal at diodes 6, 6' have the same amplitude and inverted polarity. Thus, no output signal 10 appears. When the signal 1 is lower than the resonance frequency f0, the signal of the inductor 3 is dominant to the output signal 10 to generate a negative voltage. When the frequency of the signal 1 is higher than the resonance frequency f0, the output signal 10 becomes a positive voltage.
