PURPOSE:To enable a bearing of being used for a long term without any need of lubrication by fitting a lubricating oil keeping member on the back face of the bearing face of a bearing member having an oil hole. CONSTITUTION:A radial oil hole 4a is formed in a bearing member 4 supporting a shaft 11. The external sleeve lubricating oil keeping member 1 is externally engaged on the bearing member 4 and fixed thereon so as to make the oil hole 4a communicate with the oil groove or oil stay 1a on the external sleeve lubricating oil keeping member 1. As a shaft 11 makes friction action, lubricating oil kept by the external sleeve lubricating oil keeping member 1 is supplied on the bearing face from the oil hole 4a of the bearing member positioned at the part where a negative pressure is produced from oil film, thereby reducing slide friction resistance.
