PURPOSE:To enable a relaying multiple-address device to request multiple address of plural addresses and to reduce considerably the communication cost by transmitting to the address of a communication reservation area after concentrating automatically a facsimile picture signal to be relayed, and storing then in a memory. CONSTITUTION:A picture storage area PSA, a transmission reservation area SRA, and a communication (multiple address) reservation area SSA are provided in a memory 3a of a relaying multiple-address device 3, facsimile devices 20-2n, which are specified addresses from the contents of the area PSA, are called, and the picture signals are transmitted to the addresses sequentially. A facsimile device 1 to be the requester of the multiple address, which is transmitted and reserved by the contents of the area SRA, is called, the original which is set by the device 1 is read, and the picture signal is transmitted. In addition, the picture signal of the area PSA is transmitted to the specified address according to the contents of the area SSA.
