JUMPER WIRE INSERTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve maintenance property and increase inserting speed by controlling change in inserting pitch and a feed amount of a jumper wire by driving a motor of a inserting pitch converting drive section. CONSTITUTION:A ball screw 72 is rotated by a pulse motor 71 to move at will a movable bracket 63 through a ball screw nut. And a square thread 82 is rotated by the rotation of the motor 71 to move a feed stopper 83 in the direction of arrow S. The displacement of the stopper 83 is made same as that of the bracket 63 of a pitch changing section. By moving the feed stopper 83 is adjusted the displacement of a jumper wire feeder 84. Balls 88 in a tapered portion 87 of the feeder 84 are included in a jumper wire 2 to send it in the direction T when a cylinder 85 advances in the direction of arrow T. Also, when the cylinder 85 advances in the direction u, only feeder 84 is returned in the direction u by a return stopper 91 and the wire 2 is sent out only by a length set to the inserting pitch.
