PURPOSE:To make the length of a pump shaft shorter as well as to form a servo pump into compactification as a whole, by installing such a spring that forcibly presses a cylinder block of the servo pump controlling an actuator, inside a driving shaft of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 3 of a rotor 2 for a high frequency motor M is formed into hollowness in type, while its inside is splined and a spring seat 15 and a spring 14 both are installed inside. Then, one end of a spline shaft 11 is inserted thereinto while the other end is spline-coupled together with a cylinder block 6 having a spline seat 15' whereby the cylinder block 6 is made so as to be forcibly pressed to a valve plate 13 with action of the spring 14. Heretofore, the spring 14 has been installed inside a pump body P, however, but with this constitution, the length of a pump shaft can be thus shortened. |
