<p>PURPOSE:To attain the centralized monitor with a low cost by providing plural indicators at the area nesar a CPU rack and supplying the ON/OFF information of a power supply from a relay within a power supply circuit of each terminal device to actuate the indicators. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply switch of a terminal is turned on, a current flows between terminals 16 and 17. Thus an electromagnet 16 works to attract a switch 17 and therefore a large current can be flowed between power supply terminals 12 and 13. In this case, the current flows between terminals 19 and 20 as soon as the switch 17 is closed. As a result, the power supply ON/OFF information is transmitted to a CPU rack from switch terminals 14 and 15 through a signal transmission system 18. Then an indicator 10 is actuated. As the current flowing between terminals 14 and 15 is smaller than that flowing between terminals 12 and 13, the indicator 10 consumes virtually no power. Furthermore a simple and inexpensive structure is attained for a power supply display device itself in terms of the breakdown strength, the current, etc.</p> |
