PURPOSE:To obtain a fish paste product having the taste and flavor of fresh cream and a melting soft texture, by mixing ground fish meat with fresh cream, and forming the mixture with heat. CONSTITUTION:The ground fish meat 1 is mixed with the fresh cream 2, and the mixture is formed by heating. The amount of the fresh cream in the whole product is <=50wt%. A fish paste product having the taste and flavor of fresh cream and a melting soft texture can be produced by this process. The forming is carried out by using a container mold 4 furnished with several containers 41 having a trapezoidal vertical section and a hemispherical protrusion 43 at about the center of the bottom plate, filling and heating the mixture in the container 41, and sealing the opening of the container 41 with a film 5. |
