摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To produce SHOCHU having the taste and flavor of tea as well as the unique smell of SHOCHU, by adding tea leaves or brewed tea to the unrefined SHOCHU after the completion of the fermentation and before the distillation of the unrefined SHOCHU. CONSTITUTION:Tea leaves of common green tea, green tea of middle grade, coarse tea, etc. or brewed tea liquid are added to the unrefined SHOCHU or clear liquor obtained by the filtration of the unrefined SHOCHU, at an arbitrary stage after the completion of the fermentation of the unrefined SHOCHU and before the distillation in the preparation of SHOCHU by conventional process, e.g. after the fermentation of the unrefined SHOCHU.</p>
