PURPOSE:To enable substantially free setting of the function of a digital filter with simple constitution by varying the delay time up to the sampling start point of the signal generated repeatedly with the origin of the reiterative time as a start point. CONSTITUTION:Nuclear magnetic resonance, etc. are measured by a measuring device A with the time origin given repeteadly by a trigger signal x (t) as a start point. The measuring signal y (t) generated repeatedly is sampled at a comstant period by an A/D converter B and is supplied via a multiplying means C to an integrating means D. If the delay time t1, t2- up to the sampling start time are varied without making the same constant in performing said sampling with the origin of the reiterative time as a start point, such variation is substantially equiv. to the change in the function of a digital filter. The substantially free change of the digital filter is thus made possible with the simple constitution and the signal processing is made easy and sure.
