NEW MATERIAL:An N-benzoyl-N'-phenylurea compound shown by the formula I [X is halogen, nitro, or cyano; Y is halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, or alkoxycarbonyl; Z is group shown by the formula II, formula III (Z<1> is halogen, trifluoromethyl, nitro, or cyano; l is 1, or 2), etc.; m is 1-5; n is 0, 1-4]. EXAMPLE:N-[( 2,6-difluorobenzoyl )-N'-3-chloro-4-( 2-trifluoromethyl-5-pyridyloxy ) phenyl]urea. USE:Useful as a pesticide, especially as an insecticide. Effective for controlling various noxious insects and insect pests. It is also mixed with a feed, fed to domestic animals, and their excrements can prevent occurrence and growth of noxious insects. Also capable of controlling aquatic noxious insects.
