PURPOSE:To eliminate cutting into a sheath by a method in which extrusion is made by using an adaptor having a projection on the side of its push-in introduction port outlet or a groove in the flow direction of plastics for the sheath at the port outlet. CONSTITUTION:By pushing-in of a straight line by using an adaptor consisting of a nipple 1 and a die 2, having a projection 7 on the side of its push-in introduction port 9 outlet, the pressure of the flow 3 of a plastic for a straight line mark is reduced at the outlet of the introduction port 9, and therefore, the shape of the plastic for the straight line mark becomes almost the same as the shape of the projection 7. Instead of the projection 7, a groove may be provided in the direction of the flow 4 of the plastic for sheath for the adaptor. Since cutting into the inner surface of the plastic for sheath is small, the deterioration of the heat resistance of the sheath material is less. |
