PURPOSE:To enable to adjust the phase in the horizontal direction by providing a phase adjusting means in the circuit which feedbacks to a frequency controlling circuit in a horizontal deflecting circuit with a PLL element. CONSTITUTION:Rising time of a square wave signal (2) is changed by constituting a horizontal deflecting circuit by a phase comparator 5 used a PLL element 8, and by adjusting a feedback signal (1) to a frequency controlling circuit 1 by a variable resistor RV of a square wave forming circuit 4. When dislocation generates between the display screen on a cathode-ray tube and a raster in the right and left directions, the phase adjustment in the horizontal direction is possible by adjusting the feedback signal (1) by the variable resistor RV.
