PURPOSE:To obtain asphalt form having improved sound absorbing properties and sound insulating properties, and extremely improved elastic strength, obtained by blending a specific urethane prepolymer with a silicone oil and rubber powder. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. aqueous emulsion of asphalt (preferably a weight ratio of asphalt:water=1:0.3-2) is blended with (B) 10-250pts.wt. urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting polyether polyol having >=15wt% ethylene oxide content with an organic isocyanate, (C) 0.5-3pts.wt. silicone oil, and (D) 10- 80pts.wt. rubber powder having <=1-2mm. particle diameter, and expanded.
