PURPOSE:To attain group demodulation of plural unarranged SCPC waves for carrier spacing without large deterioration by outputting an output of a low pass filter smoothing an output of a phase error detector of a K-phase modulation information to the transmission side and controlling the transmission carrier frequency of the transmission side. CONSTITUTION:A reception signal is fed to a terminal 107 via an antenna 300 and a circulator 301 in a repeater. A caption 250 is a band pass filter for a desired channel for reception and a caption 3 is a multiple detector. A detected output of a delay detector 9 is outputted to a terminal 101 and an output of a low pass filter 50 is outputted to a terminal 106. The detected output and an output of the low pass filter 50 are fed to a transmission buffer 61 of a transmission section 6, they are arranged in the order of the detected output 90 and the output 91 of the low pass filter and transmitted to the transmission antenna 300 by a transmitter 62. A reception signal is fed to a reception section 8 via an antenna 302 and a circulator 303 at the transmission side, demodulated by a demodulator 80 and the output of the low pass filter is separated and extracted by a demultiplexer 81. The output controls the frequency of an oscillator 72 of the transmission section 7.
