PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in the driving stability and accelerability of a car, by setting an initial value (offset value) to a slip judging level, while making the controlling capacity ever so better in time of car running at low speed. CONSTITUTION:A control signal generating circuit 10 outputs a command to a torque controller 11 so as to control the engine torque on the basis of a signal out of a comparator circuit 9 and further generates another command to an alarm buzzer 12 or the like. When it is so judged as a slip. The torque controller 11 stops the fuel injection of an injector on the basis of the signal of the control signal generating circuit 10 when the slip is judged.
