PURPOSE:To make a shape of a solenoid small by detecting a fact that an armature is attracted completely, and cutting off a signal supplied to the solenoid. CONSTITUTION:When a magnet disk 1 rotates in accordance with running of an automobile, a signal corresponding to a rotation of the disk 1 is sent out of a reed switch 2. This signal is processed by a control part 3 and sent out as a distance pluse, and a pulse which continues for a prescribed time is obtained from a monostable multivibrator 4. A transistor 6 turns on for this duration, a solenoid 8 is driven, an armature is attracted, and a mechanical count part is operted. Subsequently, when the armature is operated completely, a contact 8a becomes on, and the monostable multivibrator 4 cuts off a signal which has been sent out of a terminal 4b. Accordingly, a current flowing through the solenoid 8 is cut off after the armature has been attracted completely.
