PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by providing an elastic memory and its reading selection circuit to one path and providing a delay circuit to the other path to apply an unhit switching of data of two lines thereby decreasing the circuit scale less than a conventional switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:If fading exists, a phase difference is caused between input data of both lines A, B, and the data of the line B is written in the elastic memory 4 and read via a selection circuit 6 by a clock in synchronizing with the clock of the line A, then until the phase difference of both lines reach + or -n/2-bit, the phase of data of both lines is coincident at the input of the switch circuit 10. When a switching instruction is changed to the B side by a command of a fading detecting means (not shown), switching signals CNTL1 and CNTL2 are changed immediately to the B side, the switching of the active/spare lines is performed as shown in Fig. 4, (1) and the data of the line B is used for data output.
