PURPOSE:To prevent protection of an output transistor (TR) and adverse effect due to a short-circuit large current by connecting a detection TR turned always on so long as a base minority carrier of an output TR remains to a base of each output TR of push-pull output form so as to prevent the synchronism ON of the output TR. CONSTITUTION:When drive currents 4b, 4c to turn on the output TR21 and to turn off the output TR22 are given, the output TR22 is not turned on just after the timing T1 through the base minority carrier. Since the base electric charge turns on a TR29, that is, the TR29 acts like the detection TR sensing the base electric charge, the output TR21 does not turn on soon in the timing T1. That is, the detection TR29 absorbs the drive current of the output TR21. The output TR21 is turned on and the TR22 is turned off after the base electric charge of the output TR22 is discharged sufficiently.
