<p>PURPOSE:To enhance deoxidating effect and to facilitate regeneration by constituting an deoxidating agent by hermetically sealing bis(salicylaldehyde) ethylenediimine cobalt II or a derivative thereof in a porous bag made of polyethylene fluoride. CONSTITUTION:Bis(salicylaldehyde)ethylenediimine cobalt II or a derivative thereof is hermetically sealed in a porous bag made of polyethylene fluoride to prepare a deoxidating agent. This deoxidating agent is immersed in water at 60-100 deg.C or heated by a high frequency dielectric heater to dissociate oxygen bonded to bis(salicylaldehyde) ethylenediimine cobalt II or the derivative thereof. The aforementioned deoxidating agent is preheated by hot water and subsequent ly received in a plastic bag low in oxygen permeability along with food and, after opening part of the bag is heat-sealed, and accommodated in a refrigerator.</p> |
