<p>In a road marker consisting of alternative non-resilient base members 3 or 10, forming a socket for a resilient member 4 carrying reflectors 6, each reflector 6 is provided with lateral projections or projecting annullii by which it is anchored in the member 4. The resilient member 4 has underlying integral elliptical springs 5 and water-retaining lips or sponges (12, Fig. IV) above said elliptical springs 5 and opposite said reflectors 6. Retaining drive nails 8 may be inserted in front of said projecting annullii; additionally or alternatively the reflectors 6 may be glued in, mechanically located by screws, or moulded integrally at the time the resilient member 4 is being moulded. <IMAGE></p> |
