PURPOSE:To improve uniformity of graphite coating from the circumferential portion of panel to the side wall portion by providing second graphite coating process immediately before removing process of excessive graphite. CONSTITUTION:A panel 1 having inner face injected with first solution dispersed with graphite is carried to second graphite coating position where second graphite solution is applied for 4 seconds through a nozzle onto the curved section P of inner face and the vicinity or the circumferential portion of panel 1 8-20sec after coating of first solution. Here, the panel 1 is fixed to the carrier 2 while directing downward by 30 deg. similarly with when coating first solution then rotated with speed of 20rpm. Immediately upon completion of coating, rotation is increased to 150rpm to remove excessive graphite centrifugally thus to develop the liquid film uniformly. |
