摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuation of voltage corresponding to the fluctuation of voltage at turning on and a prescribed load by controlling a thyristor by an output signal obtained by adding values making a Q detector output signal obtained by calculation and a lag reactive power signal reference values. CONSTITUTION:The secondary side of an adder CT 11 and the secondary side of PT 6 are connected to a Q detector 9. A reference value 12 is connected to an adder 13 together with output side of the Q detector 9, and output side of the adder 13 is connected to a pulse generator 10, and output side of the pulse generator 10 is connected to an ignition anode of a thyristor. When an input signal generates thyristor gate pulse in the direction of delaying ignition angle of the thyristor 5 at, for instance, 0V-10V, the thyristor 5 becomes cut off direction by increase of the input signal. A reference value VS1 for applying lag reactive power corresponding to advance reactive power variation of SC 16 is set to the reference value 12. When a reactive power compensating circuit of a high impedance transformer 4 and thyristor 5 is made on, current of the thyristor 5 is controlled by VS1 of reference value 12.
