The device has a small tube (2) which has a closure part (8) and, sitting thereon, a cannula attachment (10) onto which a cannula (12) can be applied via its cannula cone (14), and in which a valve element (18) lies between the small tube (2) and the cannula (12). The cannula cone (10) is provided with an outer cylinder (11). The valve element (18) is a small cap made of flexible material, which can be placed onto the outer cylinder (11), in this position fits into the cannula cone (14), and at its closed end has an opening (26) which can be freed by means of stretching, but which is closed in the unloaded state.
