PURPOSE:To achieve good atomization of fuel under light load operating region while to improve response to acceleration/deceleration by arranging first fuel injection valve further from combustion chamber than second fuel injection valve. CONSTITUTION:Primary fuel injection valves 16 are provided in each primary branch suction path 7 while secondary fuel injection valves 17 are arranged in each secondary branch suction path 9 nearer to combustion chamber 2 than primary fuel injection valve 16. A speed meter 18 for detecting rotation is provided on engine to provide a flow signal from suction flow meter 15 and a speed signal from speed meter 18 to a control circuit 19 comprised of microcomputer. The control circuit 19 will operate fuel supply corresponding to the operating condition of engine on the basis of input signal to function first and second fuel injection valves 16, 17 in accordance with the results of operation. |
