A device (10) for lifting-gear control in tractors and the like is proposed, in which a hydraulic control circuit (19), designed as a bridge circuit (21) hydraulically actuates a regulating directional control valve (12). Between a control oil pump (22) and a control connection (17) on the regulating directional control valve, a 3-way pressure-control valve (29) is connected, which is operated only by the pressures in the tapping point (41) of the bridge diagonal (39) and in the control connection (17), and which has a throttle (45) as counter-coupling. Despite a low power loss due to small resistances in the bridge circuit (21), a high rate of adjustment of the control slide valve (16) in the regulating directional control valve (12) is achieved and hence a high control dynamic of the device (10). <IMAGE>
