PURPOSE:To reduce corrosion of Al film considerably by employing low melting point glass containing lead oxide less than predetermined % as dielectric film. CONSTITUTION:Low melting point glass containing lead oxide less than 60wt% is employed as dielectric film 7 of plasma display panel where electrode wirings 6 are formed with Al thin film and covered with said film 7. Consequently, increase of electric resistance or blown-off of wire due to corresion of Al film during substrate burning process can be prevented. |
