PURPOSE:To enable high-speed response by driving a valve body by means of working fluid from a pump, which is operated by means of the expansion and contraction of the laminated body of electrically distorting members, and feeding said working fluid into a high pressure port through a throttle provided on a part of said valve body. CONSTITUTION:At the time of feeding fuel into an internal-combustion engine from an injection nozzle 52, as a positive high voltage is applied to the electrically distorting actuator 2 of an electrically distorting three-way valve 1, a pump chamber 27 is compressed due to the expansion of the actuator 2, causing a high pressure oil to act on a valve poppet 17, to close a high pressure valve unit 11. And, this high pressure oil is introduced out into an oil sump 22 through a throttle 19'. At the same time, the poppet 17 depresses a valve poppet 26 against a spring 26, to open a low-pressure valve unit 12. Thereby, a low-pressure port 7 is connected to a control part 4, a nozzle needle 54 is pushed up by means of hydraulic pressure in an oil sump 57, and an injection port 55 is opened.
