An adaptor (10) which is positionable within the base of an air cooler and which has L-section flanges (14) extending outwardly and depending therefrom which locate the adaptor with respect to a supporting duct work (15), the adaptor having retention barbs (28) which snap into recesses (34) and engage surfaces of an air cooler (32) to retain the adaptor in position.
