PURPOSE:To improve the rising property in temperature rise of heat transfer medium by a method wherein bare electrical heating wire is directly inserted in silicone oil serving as heating medium and at the same time the heat transfer medium is preheated by utilizing the waste heat of a canned motor pump. CONSTITUTION:Silicone oil 44 serving as heating medium is sealed in the interior of the casing 42 of an exchanger main body 20. A bare nichrome wire is disposed in tension on the bottom of the casing 42 so as to be immersed in the silicone oil 44. The heat transfer medium, the heat in which is dissipated at a circulating pipe 40, is circulated by a canned motor pump 22 and at the same time preheated by the canned motor pump 22 and finally flowed in the heat- exchange pipe 48 in the exchanger main body 20 in order to efficiently heat- exchange therein. In addition, because the silicone oil 44 is directly heated by the bare nichrome wire inserted in the silicone oil 44 in the exchanger main body 20, the rising speed of the temperature rise of the silicone oil 44 is very high, resulting in realizing quick heat transfer between the silicone oil 44 and the heat transfer medium. |
