An automatic control for a mixing apparatus is operative in two steps, the end of the first taking place after a selected predetermined fraction of the whole operation has been completed; the regulating parameter may be time or energy-consumption. As described, the invention is applied to the addition of fruit to a dough mix when a pre-determined energy consumption has been reached in the dough mixing process. |
