PURPOSE:To make it possible to minimize the occupied floor area of a hot water supply device, by supporting a compressor on the top section of an engine which is supported by a plurality of vibration damping rubbers within an area surrounded by the plurality of vibration damping rubbers as viewed in the plan view thereof. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 2 is supported on the secured to the top section of an engine 1 having a horizontally laid cylinder section 1b and suspended at four corners thereof by vibration damping rubbers 19 on the supporting plate 20 of a sound insulator, within an area surrounded by the four vibration damping rubbers 19 as viewed in the plan view thereof, and is driven by means of a toothed rubber belt 21. A muffler 9, a stater motor 14, an air purifier 2, etc. are positioned on the top section of the engine 1, and heat-exchangers 3, 12 and a cooling water pump 11 are positioned on the higher top section of the engine 1. All these components are surrounded by sound insulating walls 23, 24 above which an air heat-exchanger 5, etc. are arranged. With this arrangement the occupied floor area may be made small, and as well the vibration exciting force of the compressor are substantially uniformly distributed to the plurality of vibration damping rubbers, thereby the generation of vibration may be minimized. |
