<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize loading operation by setting the advance directions of leading guide blocks and the slanting directions of slanting pins at different angles on the right and left sides, and equalizing the angle of the line connecting a feed and a take-up reels and the slanting direction of each slanting pin on the right and left sides. CONSTITUTION:The angles thetaL' and thetaR' between the advance directions of the leading guide blocks 4 and 5 and the slanting pins 4a and 5a are different from each other; thetaL' is 80 deg. and thetaR' is 90 deg.. Consequently, inclination-directional angles alphaL' and alphaR' of the slanting pins 4a and 4a when the leading guide blocks 4 and 5 are as shown by an alternate long and short dash line are equal on the right and left sides. Consequently, the energizing force which energizes the tape wound around the left slanting pin 4a upward becomes nearly equal to the energizing force which energizes the tape wound around the right slanting pin 5a downward and the forces which moving the tape 2 breadthwise cancle each other, thereby loading the tape stably.</p> |
