<p>PURPOSE:To surely make the tap of a cask face just upward by raising the accuracy of measurement of the measuring device for setting the rotational phase of the cask in the case when the cask is stopped in a prescribed position with its tap being faced just upward on the occasion that the cask of whiskey and the like is conveyed in rolling to a prescribed celler where to be stored. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cask conveying lines 1 which are extended in the longitudinal direction are provided above the frame 13 of the cask measuring and conveying device including the frame 13 which is elevated by the rotary operation of a handle 14 through the intermediary of a screw-type jack 15. In the lower part of a cask measuring part 2 provided on the conveying lines 1 is provided an elevating frame 5 equipped with driving wheels 3 and 4 for supporting and rotating the cask. And a rotating meter 7 for detecting the rotation of the cask is fixed to a lateral-part supporting member 6 provided on the lateral part of the barrel measuring part 2 and a rotary shaft 8 rotating the rotating meter 7 is supported rotatably by the lateral- part supporting member 6. Moreover, in a retaining member 9 fixed to the shaft 8 is put slidably the intermediate part of a turning shaft 10 positioned perpendicularly to the shaft 8 and the supporting shaft 12 of a fitting 11 for fixation set in an eccentric position of the head plate of the cask 37C is supported on the turning shaft 10.</p> |
