PURPOSE:To shorten time for trouble analysis and business interruption by providing an asynchronous state detecting section that detects hang-up etc. as an asynchronous factor and an asynchronous request processing section that transfers the content of a memory to a computer at the time of hang-ut in a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:When abnormal stte is generated in a terminal controlling device 10 by bugs of firmware, the asynchronous state detecting section 13 detects this as an asynchronous factor and reports to the asynchronous request processing section 14. On receiving this, the asynchronous request processing section 14 analyzes the cause of abnormality and prepares asynchronous status and reports to the electronic computer 1. At the same time, the mode is changed automatically, a communication controlling section 3 is enabled to receive command of th content of memory dump from the electronic computer 1. On receiving this memory dump command, the terminal controlling device 10 transmits the contents of a second category command processing section 6, a terminal controlling section 7 and a working area 5 to the electronic computer 1. The electronic computer receives this and prepares the contents as a memory dump file for trouble analysis and performs trouble analysis. |
