发明名称 AIR-FUEL RATIO CORRECTOR FOR PRESSURE CARBURETOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain proper air-fuel ratio under entire operating range by feeding supercharge pressure in the float chamber of carburetor only when the difference between supercharge pressure in upstream of throttle valve and suction tube pressure in downstream of throttle valve is higher than predetermined level. CONSTITUTION:Air pressurized by supercharger will enter into a chamber 8 to produce mixture gas in carburetor 6 then controlled by a throttle valve 15 and fed to a combustion chamber. The float chamber 13 of carburetor 6 is coupled through the chamber 8 and control valve 17 to a tube 16 where said valve 17 will open upon turning on of switch 8. Under limited opening of said valve 15, positive pressure approximately same with the atmospheric pressure is fed through a tube 26 into a chamber 25 in an actuator 20 for functioning a switch 18 while supercharged pressure is fed through a tube 24 into the chamber 23. Consequently, high differential pressure is produced to turn on the switch 18 thus to feed supercharged pressure into a float chamber and to make the air-fuel ratio rich while to prevent leaning.
