PURPOSE:To improve the bonding strength by adding a prescribed percentage of reduced iron powder to iron-base metallic powder, compressing the powders to form each green compact (inner) having a shaft and each green compact (outer) having a hole, setting the inner in the outer, and sintering them. CONSTITUTION:A diffusion accelerating element is added to each inner and/or each outer, and reduced iron powder is used as >=50wt% of iron powder for forming the inner and/or the outer. The inner is set in the outer, and they are sintered to obtain sintered machine parts of complex shape. By this method the bonding strength is improved.
