PURPOSE:To cut down the cost of manufacture, to reduce the assembling manhours and to enable to perform a complete attachment of the titled engaging means by a method wherein a ferromagnetic plate and a mounting plate are completely fixed by penetratingly engaging a stud on them through the intermediary of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic plate 2, to be turned into the male part of the engaging means which will be brought to come in contact in a freely magnetized or non-magnetized state with one pole-face of the permanent magnet 1 formed by providing an engaging hole 1a facing from one pole-face (a) to the other pole- face (b) or formed by assembling, and another ferromagnetic plate 3 is fixed to the other pole-face (a) in such a manner that they will be formed in one body. Said ferromagnetic plates 2 and 3 are brought to come in contact with each other in a freely magnetized or non-magnetized state. A stud and the like to be used for magnetization facing from the ferromagnetic plate 3 to the hole 1a is not provided, and the engaging stud 2a on the engaging male part protruded from the ferromagnetic plate 2 is formed in the length of the plate 3 through the intermediary of the hole 1a of the permanent magnet 1.
