PURPOSE:To obtain broad and flat frequency characteristics by forming a ultraviolet rays hardening type resin layer with the large internal loss on the diaphragm base and thereon the ultraviolet rays hardening type resin layer with the large Young's modulus. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer 12 consisting of the ultraviolet rays hardening type resin with the large internal loss is formed on a corn type diaphragm base 11. On this layer a surface layer 13 consisting of the ultraviolet rays hardening type with the large Young's modulus is formed. For this reason, the large internal loss is given from the point of view of strength of materials, theory of structures, and the Young's modulus decrease and weight increase can be suppressed. Consequently, the speaker, which is provided with the diaphragm obtained as mentioned above, has no violation of the high frequency range and the hig frequency range limit frequency is elongated.
