PURPOSE:To enable to cut down the manhours required for assembling as well as to enable to perform a complete fixedly attachment by a method wherein the mounting stud, to be penetrated from the side face of a substrate whereon a hand bag and the like and an engaging means will be provided, is passed through and fixed to a ferromagnetic plate in such a manner that its free end will be protruded into the recessed part of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic plate 3 is provided on one pole-face of the permanent magnet 1 having a hole 1a facing the other pole-face (b) from the pole-face (a), a ferromagnetic plate 2 is contacted to the other pole-face (b) in a freely attracting and detaching manner, and the ferromagnetic stud 2a protruded from said ferromagnetic plate 2 is contacted to the surface of the ferromagnetic plate 3 inside the abovementioned hole 1a in a freely attracting or detaching manner. A recessed part 1b is provided on the surface of the permanent magnet 1 whereon the ferromagnetic plate 3 of the engaging means will be accompanyingly provided, and the mounting stud 4 to be penetrated from other side face of the mounting substrate 6 of the hand bag and the like on which above-mentioned engaging means will be accompanyingly provided is passed through the ferromagnetic plate 3 and interlocks it in such a manner that the free end of said mounting stud 4 will be protruded on the inside of the recessed part 1b of the permanent magnet 1.
