PURPOSE:To attain to enhance the lowering in printing noise and paper feed accuracy by preventing the levitation of paper from the periphery of a platen, by pressing the paper to the periphery of the platen in a close contact state through a paper guide by using a drive means. CONSTITUTION:A spring member 4 is elastically mounted to the other end of a first fulclum lever 2 while the first fulclum lever 2 is pushed up to the counterclockwise direction around a fulcrum pin 10 being a revolving fulcrum by the elastic force of said spring member 4 and a paper guide 1 is energized to the direction pressed to the peripheral surface of a platen 6. The paper 7 is pressed to the periphery of the platen 6, a paper feed roller 8, a paper press roller 9 and the paper guide 1. By this mechanism, the paper is prevented from levitating from the periphery of the platen between the paper feed roller 8 and the paper feed roller 9 and noise is lowered while paper feed accuracy can be enhanced. |
