<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight reflecting plate which excels in the weather resistance and the heat resistance by putting a thermosetting resin molding material and a conductive material or the cloth, fibers successively at a prescribed position on a metallic mold and then heating and compressing them in a body with the thermosetting resin compounded previously for molding. CONSTITUTION:A metallic mold containing male and female metallic molds 1 and 2 having a junction space 3 formed into a shape of a reflecting plate for a parabolic antenna is attached to a press machine. Then the metallic mold is heated by an electric heater, etc., and then a sheet molding compound SMC4, a carbon fiber mat 5 and a glass cloth 6 are cut into a prescribed size and laminated on the surface of the mold 1 with an opened gap formed between both molds 1 and 2. In addition, the thermosetting resin 7 which is compounded separately is coated on the mold 1. Then the molds 1 and 2 are closed and therefore the SMC4 and the resin 7 flow by the pressure of the press machine. The SMC4 and the resin 7 are filled into the gap 3 to produce a reflecting plate for a parabolic antenna.</p> |
