PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking of magnetic materials to each other during heat treatment at a high temp. and to increase the amount of the materials treated per unit volume by placing two partition members parallel to each other on a bottom plate and by cutting many partition grooves in which the magnetic materials are pushed in the confronting surfaces of the partition members in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate so that the grooves confront one another. CONSTITUTION:A jig for heat-treating magnetic materials is formed by placing two partition members 5 parallel to each other on a bottom plate 4 and by cutting many partition grooves 6 in which magnetic materials are pushed in the confronting surfaces of the members 5 in a direction perpendicular to the plate 4 so that the grooves 6 confront one another. When the jig is used, magnetic materials 7 to be heat-treated are pushed in the grooves 6 across the plate 4, and the jig is put in a heat treatment furnace, where the materials 7 are heat- treated. |
