PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the noise superposed on a power supply or the noise of a device by obtaining a tubular and a wind-in coil type element by putting an insulated sheet on a belt-shaped conductor and connecting said conductor in series to a circuit. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of belt-shaped conductor 5 connected with a pair of lead wires 3 and 4 at the areas near both end parts are put on an insulated sheet 16 and wound into a tubular form. Thus a coil-shaped element 12 is obtained. Then belt-shaped conductors 5 and 8 connected with pairs of lead wires 3 and 4 and 6 and 7 at areas near both end parts of the element 12 are put on the element 12 via the sheet 16 and then wound into a tubular form. Thus a coil-shaped element 13 is obtained. The element 12 or 13 is put in series into a circuit which functions to suppress noises. In such a way, it is possible to prevent a malfunction of of a device due to the noise superposed on a power supply and also prevent the transmission of noises to outside.
