发明名称 SEPARATING METHOD FOR FELDSPAR BY FLOATATION OF POTTERY STONE
摘要 PURPOSE:To separate enough feldspar without decreasing the degree of recovery of clay by performing the pH regulation and also adding alkylamine and polyethylene oxide to a slurry of pottery stone powder and performing the floatation. CONSTITUTION:In case of recovering clay and quartz by separating feldspar from pottery stone, a slurry of pottery stone powder is regulated to a strong acid side of <=3pH or to a strong alkali side of >=10pH. 10-35g alkylamine per 1 ton by dry weight pottery stone per one time is added in the acid side and 50-100g alkylamine is added in the alkali side. 1-4mg polyethylene oxide per 1l slurry of 10% pulp concn. is added in the acid side in the range of 3-5 times and 2-8mg polyethylene oxide is added in the alkali side. In such a way, while keeping highly the practical yield of clay, clay and feldspar can be excellently selected and separated.
