发明名称 PRODUCTION OF FE-CR-CO MAGNET ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve substantial anisotropy by treating a magnet alloy at the temp. below the two-phase sepn. temp. in the absence of a magnetic field after subjecting the alloy to hot working then to a soln. heat treatment and subjecting the alloy to >=1 time of cold working and annealing at a specific temp. then subjecting the alloy to an aging treatment in a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A magnet alloy having the compsn. consisting, by wt%, of 17- 45 Cr, 5-30 Co and the balance Fe is subjected to melting, casting, forging, hot working and cold working then to a soln. heat treatment and aging treatment in the mid-way of or after the hot working and/or cold working, by which an Fe-Cr-Co magnetic alloy is manufactured. The alloy is held at the temp. below the two-phase sepn. temp. in the absence of a magnetic field after the alloy is subjected to the hot working, then to the soln. heat treatment and thereafter the alloy is subjected to >=1 time of cold working and annealing at 200-500 deg.C. The alloy is then subjected to the aging treatment in a magnetic field.
